How this product handles your information.

About this policy. GiftBySong is the service brand at giftbysong.com. Contact support@giftbysong.com about your information. This policy covers our song-gift service; external providers have their own policies.

Information and purposes. Account functions process your name, email, protected password credentials, verification and session records. Saving or submitting a story processes the recipient name, optional pronunciation, memories, occasion, style, lyrics and task records. Purchases produce payment references, order status and generation allowances; Stripe handles checkout payment details, and we do not store full card numbers or card security codes. Support processes the information you send us. We use these records to provide your requested service, protect accounts, prevent abuse, investigate failures and meet applicable legal obligations. Please use only information you have permission to share, and do not submit sensitive personal details or information about children.

Local editing and submission. Editing in the current tab does not itself send a generation request. Saving sends a draft to our service. Requesting AI lyrics sends relevant story information for model processing; requesting a song sends your confirmed lyrics and relevant generation instructions. Clearing a browser draft does not delete a previously saved draft, submitted task or result.

Providers and private access. Netlify hosts the application, Neon stores account and task records, Cloudflare R2 stores private results, Zoho CPaaS delivers account emails, and Stripe processes payments. AI generation uses fal and its selected Mureka or MiniMax model partners. Inputs and outputs may be processed by these providers outside your country. Private account access is not a promise that model providers never receive your inputs. Their retention and model-use practices are governed by the applicable provider arrangements; we do not promise immediate erasure of every provider copy or that every provider excludes model-improvement uses. We do not automatically publish customer stories, lyrics or audio in a public gallery.

Cookies and operational records. Essential session cookies support sign-in and protect account requests. Browser storage may retain an account-bound pointer for resuming an original task. Clearing it does not delete the server task. Our hosting and service providers may process IP addresses, browser details and security logs. Abuse protection may use an IP-derived keyed hash. Application incident reports use bounded task references and failure codes rather than story text or lyrics. Optional analytics and advertising trackers are not enabled in the current product.

Availability and deletion. Draft availability is 30 days from saving. Standard-package generation and private download access end 30 days after payment; save available audio locally before your order expires. Expiry of access is separate from permanent deletion. Account, billing and security records may remain as needed for the service and applicable obligations. Request access, correction or deletion from support@giftbysong.com, using your registered email so we can verify ownership. Site and provider cleanup are separate; unresolved provider cleanup may remain pending, and we will explain relevant limits. Applicable privacy rights and legal response deadlines remain in effect.

Security and updates. We use authentication, access controls and private storage, but no system guarantees absolute security. Protect your account and avoid sharing private download access. We will update this page when our practices change and provide notice where required. Questions and privacy requests: support@giftbysong.com.

Other packages retain access for their displayed term: $5.90 for 1 song, valid 30 days; $9.90 for 2 songs, valid 30 days; $29.90 for 10 songs, valid 90 days. Public samples are published examples, and download buttons on samples do not grant access to private customer outputs.
