Conditions for using this product.

About the service. GiftBySong is the service brand at giftbysong.com; contact support@giftbysong.com about service, purchases or these terms. You must be legally able to enter an agreement and authorized to share your inputs. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. The service is intended for adult song gifts.

Your song gift. Write your story, review and edit the lyrics, and explicitly confirm names and wording before buying. When available, the standard one-time song-gift package is $9.90, with 2 successful song generations for one confirmed story and 30 days to use the allowance and download available audio. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. A verified account may request one lifetime free AI lyric draft when that feature is available; it does not refresh daily. Current availability is shown in the tool. A sample, pricing page or payment return URL does not prove that an order was paid or a song delivered.

Accounts and inputs. Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate information when purchasing. Submit your own words or words you are permitted to use, with permission for any personal details about other people. Do not submit existing copyrighted song lyrics, request misleading impersonation, or use the service for unlawful, harmful or abusive content. We may restrict access to investigate misuse, security issues or provider outages.

AI output and use. Songs are AI-generated and may contain errors in pronunciation, timing or musical interpretation. Review the complete result before gifting it. A purchase does not guarantee exclusivity, copyright protection, clearance of third-party rights or a blanket commercial license. Use depends on your input rights, applicable model terms and intended use. Public examples use fictional stories and do not guarantee the same outcome for every request.

Delivery and recovery. Results are digital MP3 files delivered through private account access. Start each included generation explicitly. Unknown or interrupted requests must be recovered through the original task rather than repeatedly submitted. The service does not promise uninterrupted availability, unlimited remakes or permanent hosting. Download your available audio before the order expires; a saved local copy remains with you. Refunds, expiry and account deletion can revoke site access.

Failures and refunds. If the original order cannot be technically fulfilled after bounded recovery, contact support@giftbysong.com; we will verify the original payment, task and delivery records and refund the unfulfilled order through the original payment process. A pending or unknown task is not yet proof of technical non-delivery. Subjective musical preference does not grant unlimited free remakes; packages with more than one song let you explicitly create another version within the same allowance. These rules do not limit refunds or remedies required by applicable law.

Privacy and support. Saved customer stories, lyrics and results are private to the account, while generation providers process the information needed to create them. Review the Privacy Policy before submitting. Request deletion or report a delivery, billing or privacy issue at support@giftbysong.com; include only the information needed to identify the issue, and do not email passwords or card details. Service outages and policy updates do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Packages: $5.90 for 1 song, valid 30 days; $9.90 for 2 songs, valid 30 days; $29.90 for 10 songs, valid 90 days. Starter and standard packages apply to the confirmed checkout story. The collection package can be used across stories. Credits are consumed in order of expiry. A verified account receives one free AI lyric draft in its lifetime; each new paid story receives one AI lyric draft. Anonymous use includes local drafts, handwritten lyrics and public samples; song generation and private original downloads require paid entitlement.
